1. How to Apply UV DTF Stickers (No Heat Press Needed)

Perfect for hard substrates like glass, acrylic, plastic, ceramic, and metal.

• Step 1: Lift the Carrier Sheet – Carefully peel and lift the clear transfer carrier sheet away from the backing paper, ensuring the entire UV DTF design sticks to the clear film.
• Step 2: Align the Design – Position and align the sticker precisely over your clean, dry surface before letting the adhesive make contact.
• Step 3: Squeegee & Press Firmly – Press down firmly across the entire design using your fingers or a plastic scraper/squeegee to push out air bubbles and lock the permanent adhesive in place.
• Step 4: Smooth Hot/Cold Peel – Gently peel off the top clear film in one smooth, continuous motion. Your vibrant, scratch-resistant design is officially cured!

2. How to Apply Standard DTF Transfers (Requires Heat Press)

Optimized for standard cotton, durable garments, and heavy fabric blends.

• Step 1: Pre-Press the Garment – Place your apparel on the lower platen and press for 5 seconds to eliminate trapped moisture and stubborn wrinkles.
• Step 2: Position the Artwork – Layout your fabric and position the DTF transfer film with the design facing up (film side up, adhesive powder touching the fabric).
• Step 3: Configure Settings & Apply Heat – Heat press at 282°F (139°C) for 9 seconds using reliable Medium Pressure.
• Step 4: The Hot Peel Technique – As soon as the heat press lifts, grab a corner of the plastic carrier sheet and peel the film while hot in one smooth, confident motion.
• Step 5: Optional Post-Press Finish – For maximum washability and a premium texture, place a sheet of parchment paper or a Teflon sheet over the design and post-press for an additional 5 seconds.

3. How to Apply DTF LowTemp Heat Transfers (Requires Heat Press)

Specially engineered for heat-sensitive technical fabrics, performance wear, polyester, nylon, and waterproof materials.

• Step 1: Gentle Pre-Press – Pre-press your sensitive garment for 5 seconds under light-medium pressure to ensure a completely flat, moisture-free surface.
• Step 2: Center Your Layout – Position the Low-Temp DTF transfer film on the garment with the design facing up (film side up), ensuring perfect alignment.
• Step 3: Low-Heat Setting Press – Lock down your machine and press at a lower, safer temperature of 260°F (127°C) for 9 seconds under Medium Pressure to prevent fabric scorching or dye sublimation.
• Step 4: Instant Hot Peel – Lift the press platen and immediately peel the film while hot in one fluid, continuous movement.
• Step 5: Mandatory Finish Post-Press – Cover the exposed low-heat transfer with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and post-press for 5 seconds to deeply cure the specialized adhesive formula into the synthetic fibers.

4. How to Apply Custom Embroidery Patches (Requires Heat Press)

Best for heavy-duty iron-on backing custom patches on jackets, bags, uniforms, and caps.

• Step 1: Position & Tape – Place your custom embroidered patch in your desired location. Secure it firmly with Falcon heat-resistant thermal tape to block any shifting while handling.
• Step 2: Load Inside Out (The Backside Method) – Turn your garment completely inside out and place it on the lower platen with the patch facing down. Pressing from the backside allows the heat to melt the thick adhesive backing without flattening the textured thread.
• Step 3: Industrial High-Pressure Press – Cover the garment fabric with a protective sheet and press at 325°F (162°C) for 15 seconds using a heavy 70–80 PSI (Medium-Firm Pressure).
• Step 4: Complete Cool Down – Remove the garment from the press and lay it flat. Let it cool down completely for at least 30 seconds before removing the thermal tape to allow the commercial-grade bond to permanently lock.
