Our Gang Sheet Builder is a third-party application, so we cannot control which file types it accepts.

At this time, it only accepts PNG files.For the best print quality, we recommend uploading a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. This helps ensure your design prints as clearly as possible.

Typically, production takes 3-5 business days once your design is finalized and approved. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 2-4 business days after leaving our facility.

The green check means your file is good enough to print. It does not mean the image is high quality.

If your original image was blurry or pixelated, making it bigger or using an AI upscaler cannot add the missing details back. The image may look OK on your screen, but those missing details will still show in the final print.

For the sharpest results, always upload the original high-resolution artwork instead of a screenshot, social media image, or an upscaled copy.
