Instructions for UV DTF Transfers
Equipment Needed to Get Started:
- All-purpose cleaner
- Squeegee
- Surface for Application
- Falcon UV DTF Transfers
- Scissors
Surface Cleaning - Clean the item's surface if needed before applying the UV Sticker using soap and water, an all-purpose cleaner, or a mix of rubbing alcohol and water (50/50).
Pre-Application - Prior to use, face down the design with the white side up. Use the squeegee on the whole design with firm pressure, then back and forth couple of times to secure the DTF stickers onto the carrier sheet.
Preparing Your UV DTF Sticker for ApplicationCarefully separate the two sheets, ensuring the complete design lifts off onto the top carrier sheet. Designs with fine lines and small parts might need extra care, so watch for details. If parts don't lift, re-squeegee from behind, and try again from another angle. You'll gain experience over time.
First, decide where to place it on your item. For smaller designs (8 inches and below), gently place the design on the surface with two hands. For larger designs (8 inches and above), begin from one side and gradually adhere it to avoid bubbles and ensure correct placement. Ensure no design overlaps or wrinkles.
Once the design is in place, press firmly with your fingers or a squeegee 3–5 times. You'll develop a feel for how much care is needed.

Finalizing the Application ProcessPeel slowly, ensuring all parts stick. If any part of the design isn't adhering, lower the sheet, re-squeegee, and try peeling from another angle.
