Order by Size or Build a Gang Sheet
UV DTF Transfers by Size
Upload your design, choose the required width or height and select your quantity. The other dimension adjusts proportionally to preserve your artwork’s shape.
This option is convenient when you want to order individual designs without arranging a sheet yourself. Transfers arrive on a roll unless you select an available pre-cutting option.
UV DTF Gang Sheets
Place several designs—or multiple copies of the same design—on one sheet. Gang sheets let you combine logos, names and graphics in a single layout.
Use the online builder to arrange your artwork at the required sizes, leaving enough space between designs to cut them apart before application.
Prepare Your Artwork for Printing
Start with clear artwork at the size you want it printed. For best results, use a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI.
Before submitting your order:

Check the final width and height of each design.

Remove any background you do not want printed.

Review spelling, colours and quantities.

Check that small text and fine details are clear.

Leave cutting space between designs on a gang sheet.
How to Apply UV DTF Transfers

Clean the surface. Use a cleaner suitable for the item, remove dust and residue, and allow it to dry completely.

Prepare the transfer. Before removing the backing, place the design face down and rub firmly across the back with a squeegee.

Remove the backing. Peel it away slowly, checking that every part of the design stays on the clear carrier film.

Position and press. Align the transfer carefully, then apply firm, even pressure across the entire design. On curved items, work gradually from one side.

Peel the carrier. Remove the clear film slowly. If a detail lifts, lower the film and press that area again before continuing.
No heat press or water activation is required.
