Choose the Right Backing

Your backing determines how the patch attaches to your item.

  • Sew-on: Stitch the patch directly onto your garment or accessory. This is useful when heat application is unsuitable.

  • Iron-on or heat-applied: Heat activates the adhesive backing. Check your fabric’s suitability and follow the instructions for your patch.

  • Hook-and-loop: Allows patches to be removed and swapped on items with a compatible attachment surface. Check availability for your selected patch.

Embroidered and DTF patches offer sew-on or heat-applied options. Leather patches offer sew-on and iron-on options.

Artwork Review Before Production

Upload your final artwork and select your patch dimensions and available options.

For embroidered, DTF and leather patches, we send a digital proof for approval before production. Review the spelling, layout, dimensions and design details carefully. Changes requested after digitising or proof preparation may extend the timeline and incur an additional setup fee.

For digital badges, include a background in your artwork so it can be produced as a complete badge. We will contact you if there is an issue with your submitted design.

Minimums and Pricing

There is no minimum order quantity for embroidered patches, so you can order the quantity your project requires. 

Production Timing

Production depends on the patch style and, where required, your proof approval.

  • Embroidered and DTF patches: Digital proofs are typically prepared within one business day. Confirm the current production estimate when ordering.

  • Leather patches: Digital proofs are typically prepared within one business day, with production typically completed within one business day after approval.

  • Digital badges: Production typically takes one to four business days.

These estimates exclude delivery time. Orders containing patches and DTF transfers ship together.
