Follow these steps for pressing, peeling and finishing your Falcon Embroided Patch transfers.
Take your embroidered patch and carefully peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive underneath.
Place the patch exactly where you want it on your garment. Once you’re happy with the placement, secure all edges with heat-resistant tape to prevent the patch from shifting or sliding during pressing.
Turn the garment over so the patch faces down against the heat press plate. This protects the embroidery and allows even pressing through the fabric. Press at 325°F / 163°C for 15 seconds, using firm, even pressure.
Allow the garment and adhesive to cool completely before removing the heat-resistant tape and lifting the garment off the press. Your iron-on embroidered patch is now bonded to the fabric. Leave it undisturbed until the adhesive has fully set and dried—do not pull at the patch or test the bond before then.
