How to Apply Falcon Puff Transfers (Heat Press Required)

Achieve professional-grade results every time. Follow these simple steps to apply your Falcon Transfers using a standard heat press machine:

1. Prep the Garment: Make sure the fabric is clean and smooth by using a lint roller to remove debris. Then pre-press the fabric alone at 320-330°F for 4-5 seconds using medium-to-high pressure to remove moisture. Check that the fabric is fully dry; if not, repeat this step.
2. Position and Press Your Design: Some transfers might have a thin protective layer behind them. If your transfer has them remove it then place the print on the fabric as desired, facing up. Heat press applying medium-to-firm pressure (30-40 psi). Press at 320-330°F for 12 - 15 seconds. It varies depending on the pressure of your heat press.  Always test on a scrap piece first, as temperature and time may need adjusting based on the apparel, fabric type, or the heat press.
3. Peel Off: Wait for the design to cool off then carefully remove the carrier sheet to reveal the design.
