Our custom Fusion Patches combine high-resolution DTF printing with premium embroidery to deliver the perfect balance of detail and texture. This hybrid approach makes Fusion Patches ideal for complex designs that require both intricate detail and a high-end embroidered look. The result is a clean, professional patch\ featuring a detailed printed interior for fine elements and embroidery for bold outlines and structure.

Simply upload your design, select your preferred size and backing option, and we’ll handle the rest. Each patch is produced with high-resolution DTF printing and precision embroidery, delivering sharp detail, strong durability, and a clean, structured result-ready to sew on or apply with heat (if heat-applied backing is selected).

Minimum order quantity: 12 pieces. For pricing purposes, a minimum dimension of 2 inches is applied to both width and height, irrespective of the submitted measurements.

Once your design is submitted, it will be professionally digitized and a digital proof will be sent for your approval before production begins.

Please upload your final artwork. After digitizing, any requested changes to the original artwork may delay your order and could result in an additional digitizing fee.

Digital proof will be created typically in 1 business day. Once the digital proof is approved by customer, turnaround time is typically 2–4 business days. If the order contains DTF products, it will be shipped together with the DTF items, and same-day shipping will not apply for DTF products.

Pressing Instruction

1. Position the Patch

If you ordered with heat applied backing, follow these instructions.

Place the patch in the desired location on the garment and secure it with Falcon heat-resistant thermal tape to prevent shifting during pressing.

2. Load the Garment

Turn the garment over and place it on the heat press with the patch facing down against the lower platen. This ensures the adhesive backing melts properly and bonds to the fabric.

3. Press

Cover the garment with a protective sheet and press for 15 seconds at 325°F using 70–80 PSI (medium-firm pressure).

4. Cool Down

Remove the garment from the press and allow it to cool for at least 30 seconds before removing the thermal tape to ensure the adhesive fully sets.

Please Note: Temperature settings may vary depending on the garment type, fabric, and other factors. Always perform a test press to determine the appropriate temperature and pressing time before full application.

Washing Instructions

Falcon Patches are designed to withstand up to 50 home wash cycles. For best results, machine wash using cold water.
